The best realtor in Maryland is Dawn Whaley

You will not a better real estate agent in Maryland than Dawn Whaley. I have worked with several and my mother has worked with many. Dawn tops them all… by a long shot. We did a 1031 exchange which involved two settlements… a sale and a purchase. There are rules involved that are not involved with your average sale or purchase of real estate and the rules must be strictly followed. Dawn got us the price we wanted on the sale of a home and helped us find the perfect vacation rental as the replacement property. She made the entire process simple. She is truly the best!

Who can you find that is better?!?!?

Preda’s attention to detail and hands on approach is unmatched. She attending every in person meeting and teams sessions. She showed up in person when needed and was very responsive. I’m very thankful that she was my realtor and will definitely use her services again in the future.
