Since we were buying a second home in Parrish while residing in Massachusetts we needed someone we could trust to assist with the process. Thankfully we found Jen. She attended our negotiation and signing, pre-closing inspection, and final closing inspection; FaceTiming us in Massachusetts for the latter two. She really advocated for us and pointed out issues we couldn’t see remotely. She was also a great resource for things like independent inspector and insurance agent recommendations (not to mention restaurants). Jen is very knowledgeable and responsive.
