When talking to Jocelyn and telling her that we are unable to build or buy a home she said let me see what I can do. With in 20 minutes of telling her our story she was calling to let us know that she can make our dreams come true. After what felt like a life time but was really 8 months and some twist and turns we are living in our Brand New Home. Jocelyn didn't take no for an answer and worked countless hours to help us be in our home today. Unlike so many Jocelyn didn't take no for the answer and just say the same thing we had been told before, there is nothing we can do for you at this time. we sold our house in naples looking to downsize and build new and smaller she got our house sold quickly and on to our next chapter in life untill we hit a roadblock but she never gave up on us most people would have walked away but she helped us fight through every bump in the road yes it may have taken longer than expected but she got us to the end

Jocelyn is just a top-notch realtor, was so supportive every step of the way in selling our home. We'd lived there for over 30 years, so we needed her counsel on things to do to make our home more attractive to buyers. And, she has "a guy" for everything - we needed to get some painting done, and she gave us a contractor to call who did an excellent job for us. Same goes for when she was doing another assessment at our house and we'd had a plumbing "emergency", another great contractor fixed our issue in a hurry. We got a showing & offer just a few days after putting it on the market, which is just awesome, but that required some "hustle" on our part to get 34 years worth of collected stuff packed up and ready to move. Thought I wasn't going to make it in time - and with her suggestion, we were able to make it happen. Throughout the process from buyer's home inspection and appraisal (a stressful time for us) through the closing she kept us informed and answered my many questions. I would have Jocelyn do any future real estate work for us again in a heartbeat!
