The photos she took of inside and outside very well done.

Sarah Noble was a fabulous agent. She is a great communicator and a fast worker. She navigated our complex extended family dynamics with grace. She tracked all details and issues with skill. She navigated client offers carefully. We could not have asked for a better agent!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! As recently retired buyers searching for our dream home in the Harrison, Maine lake region, we truly needed someone who knew the market inside and out—and she exceeded every expectation. Her knowledge of the area is unmatched. She truly dominates the lake region market and has an incredible network of trusted professionals—from contractors and handymen to flooring experts and electricians. Anytime we needed a quote or an opinion, she somehow made it happen the same day, which was invaluable during such an important purchase. Beyond her expertise, she is everything you could hope for in an agent—responsive, personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She has a calm, steady presence that made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. And when things got a little tricky (as they sometimes do in real estate), she was a strong advocate for us every step of the way. We are so grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy in the lake region. She truly helped us find our dream home!
