She suggested a listing price. We discussed it and settled on a price that I was happy with and listed it, all within a week. She already had an open house scheduled for the following weekend. She kept me informed of all the showings and the offers, again in a format that was easily readable and understandable. We talked about the pros and cons of each and I was able to make an informed decision. Within a week it was under contract and sold soon thereafter.
