This is important, because good deals do not stay long on a market. High flexibility and good professionalism from Zach made our closing flawless. Zach even gifted us a new dehumidifier for a basement, because of little water incident right on the closing date. This is not just a realtor; this is a good partner. If we plan to purchase another house in the future, we will go back to Zach Blair.
