My wife and I were starting to outgrow our 2 bedroom townhouse so we reached out to Ann Devereaux for guidance. Ann took the time to really get to know what we were looking for and what was important to us and our growing family. We listed our townhouse and started looking at larger single family homes in a development in Duryea. Ann was able to sell our townhouse in 30 days!! She then helped us purchase an empty lot on a quiet cul-de-sac where we built our dream home. Ann was there for us through all of our questions and concerns that new home owners have. She is an absolute joy to work with!!!!! When we are ready to downsize from our dream home Ann Devereaux will be the first call we make!!!
