After the inspections revealed some necessary repairs, Gayle knew contractors to reach out to and coordinated their efforts. Gayle is a fantastic agent with years of experience, especially in the northshore area where we were selling our home. She was very knowledgeable about pricing and comparables and what we needed to do to prepare our home to sell. She was also very conscious of what work truly needed to be done and didn’t suggest unnecessary upgrades. When issues came up with the buyers’ inspections and we needed to do some more intense work on the house, she immediately contacted a variety of repairmen and had the work done quickly and competently. And because we had moved a distance away, she personally oversaw all the work done on the house. She made herself available at all times during the sale and closing process.
