I can't recommend Ronnie enough. I sold my home in Louisiana, and the transaction turned into one of the most difficult, drawn-out closings imaginable, nearly three months past the original closing date, due entirely to the buyer's lender. Communication from the lender was inconsistent, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and the process dragged on with very little accountability from their side. Through all of it, Ronnie was the one constant. He followed up relentlessly, pushed for real answers when the lender went silent, kept me informed every step of the way, and never let the pressure of the situation affect how he handled it professionally. He set firm deadlines when they were needed, communicated clearly and honestly about where things actually stood, and ultimately got the deal to the closing table despite everything working against it. If I had been paired with a less proactive agent, I genuinely don't think this sale would have closed at all. Ronnie's persistence, communication, and advocacy made an incredibly stressful situation manageable. Highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

From showing us homes the same day, explaining everything throughout the process, ensuring the documentation was complete (for both parties might I add), and asking all the right questions to ensure we were in a good place, she and her team surprised us with the level of detail and customer service.
