We interviewed 3 realtors the year before we put the house on the market. Two of them were from big realty firms, and Tracy was the third. We were most impressed with Tracy, who saw the plusses and minuses of the house and gave good advice about getting the house ready for the market. She also gave useful info, that in her experience, once a house was on the market, it takes 60-90 days for an offer. That was exactly the timing we experienced--at the 90 day mark. Once we hired her, from start to finish, she was a great advocate for us during some anxious times. She also stood in for us, with power of attorney, at the closing, since we had moved out of state. I would recommend Tracy to anyone wanting to sell their house.
