Heather is the BEST!

It's my pleasure to help you write a review for Heather Baas. Here is a draft that incorporates all the details you provided, from your long-standing relationship with her to the incredible results of your recent sale. --- I highly recommend Heather Baas to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As the seller of **245 Ridgewood Circle in Mandeville, LA**, I've had the pleasure of working with Heather twice—first when I purchased the house in 2009, and again this year for the sale. Heather's expertise and guidance were invaluable. She developed a comprehensive strategy for putting the house on the market, including recommending key upgrades and connecting me with great contractors to get the work done. Her advice on the selling price was spot-on, and as a result, we sold the house in less than a week, even with the current housing market conditions. The process was seamless from start to finish, and her professionalism and knowledge made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone, and I truly wish I could have her as my realtor everywhere I live!

Exceptional!

We cannot recommend Tracy and her team enough! They went above and beyond at every stage of the process. From showing us homes the same day, explaining everything throughout the process, ensuring the documentation was complete (for both parties might I add), and asking all the right questions to ensure we were in a good place, she and her team surprised us with the level of detail and customer service. She even came to our closing - the first time we have had an agent do that. We will absolutely be using Tracy again and would recommend her to anyone!
