Julie displayed excellent professionalism and knowledge to help us sell our house. She was also readily available any day to answer questions and concerns. We have a young family and were busy during the selling process, but she made the sale run as smooth as possible.

Throughout the entire process, Mr. Rodney was an exemplar professional, very engaging, yet nonsense, having in-depth knowledge about the local housing market. He was able to quickly establish a trusting relationship. This was a collaborative partnership between the seller and realtor. There was constant communication even through tough negotiation. We never had to worry about what was happening. Again, our overall experience was that of having a peace of mind. Because of his ability to connect, and his understanding the need to communicate and bring us along in the process as partners, made what otherwise could have been an overwhelming and time consuming undertaking, a pleasant experience. We will use him again with other properties and highly recommend him to both buyers and sellers.

We were a bit leery of working with a realtor long distance, being 360 miles away. Lance listened to all of our wishes regarding location, square footage, indoor and outdoor living spaces, style, etc… He was most thorough and communicated throughout the process.
