Lathan helped the reviewer sell this property

Great Experience

Lathan is an expert in the field. He worked tirelessly to help us get our house sold. He was always available, and kept us informed with market data and important information pertaining to home sales. Importantly, for us, as we travel a great deal, Lathan was more than willing to help us with small details at the house, that we were just not there to address. Lathan is also willing to "stand up" for what he thinks is right when negotiating gets challenging. We appreciated his honest take on situations, and his quick responses when we needed something. I highly recommend Lathan David, he is easy to work with, outgoing, and very friendly.
