Sarah was a good representation for us in the house buying process. In the beginning, she was more communicative. She has great market knowledge and knows what she is talking about. A blemish I saw was there seemed to be a sentiment that if we did not go with her referrals, then we were making the wrong decision, mainly with our lender for the mortgage. I think waking up to alarming text messages were not ideal and only caused us more anxiety. I was hoping our agent to be more supportive of us and our financial decisions rather than creating inner guilt or stress. Other than those things, Sarah is more than capable of doing her job.

Gina did and excellent job of selling this property. Not only did we get a contract one day after the listing went public (5k above asking price) but when that deal fell through she already had a backup. She did a great job of communicating throughout the process right up to closing, which happened in 30 days. She was very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend her.
