I had the pleasure of working with Juli Jenkins and her team on the recent sale of my home in St. Amant Louisiana. Our home required pre-listing work by contractors, and Juli was able to put me in touch with her preferred contractors who helped get everything done quickly and perfectly! Words cannot adequately express the appreciation I have for the peace of mind that came with that benefit. Of course, the perks don't stop there with the Jenkins team! They are knowledgeable and responsive and truly care about their clients. They were totally on target with advice on what I should consider repairing before listing. They know their market and they will fiercely advocate for their client's best interest. I truly appreciated the knowing that they had everything under control from start to finish. I moved away from the area when I sold my home, but if I had 100 more houses to sell, there would only be ONE agent I would use. Our house was under contract within a couple days of listing, and we got much more than we expected. So.... If you're buying or selling in their market, do yourself a favor and CALL THEM. Right now. You will enjoy the ease of going through this stressful process with people who will become your friends for life.
