I had very little experience in selling real estate and she provided the guidance and steady hand through the negotiations which got us to the closing. Anne accommodated my schedule to set up times to tour houses and answered all of my calls and texts with questions. She really took into account what I wanted, but also helped me know what to ask for and helped me negotiate for the things that I needed. She also knew a lot about the local areas which helped me in my decisions. She also had great contacts with lenders and title companies that made the process very easy.
