Once we found our place, Bonnie helped us work with a challenging situation with the seller (who was also out of town) who had some damage to their condo. Bonnie helped us write a contract that gave us the buyer protection needed for the situation. Then she worked hand in hand with the seller’s agent to get the condo repairs finished, inspected, ready for close.
