Cindy Flannery was so helpful as we made a big move from Utah to New Orleans. We first contacted and met with her in person a year before our anticipated move. She asked us many questions about what type of house we wanted and discussed possible locations and price range as well as market projections. From time to time in the next 6-9 months she would contact us to stay in touch and send listings to help us get an idea of what was available at the time. At the beginning of 2026 we began a more serious search for the perfect home for us. She was up to date on what was available and knowledgeable about the process. Cindy was always available to take our calls and provide answers to the many questions we had. If she didn’t have the answer right away, she researched the issue and got right back to us. She helped us negotiate with the seller and she made sure the inspections and repairs were thorough. We couldn’t have made this move without Cindy’s help and knowledge! She is an outstanding realtor!

Working with Cindy was truly an unbelievable experience from start to finish. Cindy represented me in the purchase of this property in 2017 and did such an excellent job, that I returned to her when I was ready to sell. From the very first conversation, it became evident to me that she was not only knowledgeable but, genuinely committed to ensuring my best interests were always top priority. What stood out the most, during both the purchase and sell of my property, was her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond during every step of the process. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options, provided honest and thoughtful guidance, while consistently advocating for what was best for me. I never felt pressured, instead I felt supported, informed, and confident in every decision. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism made what can often be a stressful process, feel smooth and manageable. Whether it was coordinating showings, navigating negotiations or handling unexpected challenges, she approached ever situation with care, expertise, and a positive attitude. I am incredibly grateful for the level of service and commitment she provided. She is the absolute best in the business and genuinely cares for her clients!
