It's always somewhat stressful either buying or selling a home but Jess had a knack for keeping as much stress as she could off of us. The negotiation process went smoothly as she made sure we were well informed, made suggestions for our responses and communicated clearly with both us and the buyer's agent. When we uncovered repairs that needed to be done, Jess, a licensed contractor, was able to explain what was going on and also made sure that we had reputable and reliable people do the work at very low cost. When we were under contract, Desiree (part of the closing team) kept us organized and on schedule such that we were able to close early.
