First time buying experience, second time heather experience! Heather stayed with us for 7 MONTHS of house hunting and never gave up even when we started to lose hope. Almost weekly she brought us to view homes. After 30 HOMES she texted me one day and told me she found the one and SHE WAS RIGHT. We closed shortly after and she made the closing experience a breeze. Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.

This was a real roller coaster ride with the missing seat belt being the lender and other factors pushing back the closing several times. I was so frustrated but Lisa is a strong agent and I trusted her. She was able to overcome it all and I am VERY happy!

Keri is incredibly kind and truly helped me every step of the way and made the whole process feel so easy! She got me an amazing deal and somehow answered my questions before I even had to ask them. She is the absolute best, and I couldn’t recommend her more!
