Kim is very accommodating and professional. She always opened up her schedule to try to make sure she could get your showings in as soon as possible. She took the time to carefully explain things in the process. Kim is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. As she walks through the showings, she points out things of note and the condition of certain things to look for. She isn't one to try to force you or steer you to buy a property but she is honest and will tell you the pros and cons and how that property compares to other houses in market to see if it it's reasonable. Kim was very responsive for any inquiries needed from other party's selling agent, insurance agent, or lender. She was a great resource to have in my corner guiding me through the buying process and providing her insight to help get the most advantageous outcome possible .

Adrienne is the best. She explained every step of the process thoroughly and made sure we knew exactly what to expect along the way. She answered every question we had and has an incredible knowledge of the market. She helped us find the perfect home. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
