She took the time to carefully explain things in the process. Kim is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. As she walks through the showings, she points out things of note and the condition of certain things to look for. She isn't one to try to force you or steer you to buy a property but she is honest and will tell you the pros and cons and how that property compares to other houses in market to see if it it's reasonable. Kim was very responsive for any inquiries needed from other party's selling agent, insurance agent, or lender. She was a great resource to have in my corner guiding me through the buying process and providing her insight to help get the most advantageous outcome possible .
