Kim was such a delightful person to go through the process of finding a home and get a day home. She is so dedicated in 100% willing for her client. She always reach out from the beginning to the end and just shows how much she cares for her clients. She is such a kind and warm hearted person no matter what decision you have. She is a great person to reach out and have the conversation with so you could also better understand what you’re looking for and I feel stuck. From first our first phone conversation until our closing was completed Kim was with us every step of the way. Through discussing our home features and comparable properties with our agent we reached a listing price we were comfortable with. The house was professionally photographed and listed showcasing all of its new and recent improvements. We were given adequate notice for showings and feedback on each. Our sale contract was completely reviewed before signing to make sure we got the best deal possible and that followed through on a counteroffer. When there was a little hiccup with the sale Kim really went into action to make sure the sale was successfully completed. We were so very pleased with Kim and I would recommend her to everyone!

What made Kim outstanding was her knowledge of the proces, paperwork, knowing how to negotiate and get the best out come for her client.

Kim is very accommodating and professional. She always opened up her schedule to try to make sure she could get your showings in as soon as possible. She took the time to carefully explain things in the process. Kim is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. As she walks through the showings, she points out things of note and the condition of certain things to look for. She isn't one to try to force you or steer you to buy a property but she is honest and will tell you the pros and cons and how that property compares to other houses in market to see if it it's reasonable. Kim was very responsive for any inquiries needed from other party's selling agent, insurance agent, or lender. She was a great resource to have in my corner guiding me through the buying process and providing her insight to help get the most advantageous outcome possible .

There is so much that can say about Kim, but I will keep it short! If you or anyone you know is looking to purchase a home, please contact her. My husband and I had been afraid of the home buying process because of all of the horror stories that we have heard. Not with Kim, she is thorough and has a very calm nature. She is thee with you at every step, turn, and split! She is always available and has so much knowledge regarding the process to make it as seamless as possible for her clients. We put all of our trust in her and she delivered exactly the experience and home right for our family. I literally can’t thank her enough. She knows the business and is willing to do anything in the best interest of her clients. Kim got us to the table with no issues. When I started I was scared but I went out on my own trying to look, see at homes I didn't know if I can see anything. I saw homes that wasn't me. Until I met Ms Kim. She talked to me went over the in's and out. While trying to help me find the home that says Lisa. And she did. I went from nerves to giving up but she assured me to never give up.
