From first our first phone conversation until our closing was completed Kim was with us every step of the way. Through discussing our home features and comparable properties with our agent we reached a listing price we were comfortable with. The house was professionally photographed and listed showcasing all of its new and recent improvements. We were given adequate notice for showings and feedback on each. Our sale contract was completely reviewed before signing to make sure we got the best deal possible and that followed through on a counteroffer.
