Karen was great to work with. She was kind, reassuring, and always willing to show up and help however we needed. She sent us listings as soon as they were available, so we were able to see places the first weekend they hit the market. She kept communication clear between everyone involved and was always available when we had questions or needed advice. Throughout the process, she really listened to what we were looking for and focused on homes that matched our priorities. As first-time buyers, there were definitely moments where we felt overwhelmed, but Karen made things easier by guiding us through each step and making sure we felt supported the whole way. I contacted Rochelle in 2023 with interest to sell and finally got the ball rolling in late 2024 once I was ready.
