Phil is a real gem of a Real Estate Agent. He previously helped my wife and I purchase a home, and now he just helped us sell our condo. Phil really pays attention to the details and understands his clients' needs. His team took some fantastic photos of our condo for the listing, and made sure to advertise it everywhere. He was willing to hold as many open houses as I wanted, and was in constant communication with me regarding the traction we were seeing at them, and viewings beyond that as well. He's quite knowledgeable about the buying and selling process and was always able to answer any questions I had, and in a very timely manner.
