We loved that she was not trying to push us to buy just any house that did not match what we wanted as some agents in the past have attempted to do. She was helpful amd making sure that the buyer's agent and buyer did not take advantage - even in times where we were unaware that is what was attempting to be done. On top of all this, when we finally closed and were able to pick the keys up we were traveling back to So Cal so not only did ahe pick them up late but she waited for us until we drove into town after 10pm and insisted we stay in our new home that night instead of getting a hotel so she met us at the house. Quin is no longer just an agent but we now consider her family. Any event we hold she is always invited. We recommend Quin without any reservations.
