What name do you give an agent that goes above and beyond their job description? QUIN CALVIN! While looking for an agent, the one that was initially recommended only worked in South Orange County. She said that she would recommend someone and we are so glad that we got Quin. From the first conversation and each one thereafter she was never in a rush to answer our questions. We loved that she was not trying to push us to buy just any house that did not match what we wanted as some agents in the past have attempted to do. She was helpful amd making sure that the buyer's agent and buyer did not take advantage - even in times where we were unaware that is what was attempting to be done. On top of all this, when we finally closed and were able to pick the keys up we were traveling back to So Cal so not only did ahe pick them up late but she waited for us until we drove into town after 10pm and insisted we stay in our new home that night instead of getting a hotel so she met us at the house. Quin was extremely patient with multiple showings, coordinating with the home's occupants, walking me through offers, and representing me from afar, as I reside out of the area of the home. And when the buyer's agent seemingly tried some ethically shady maneuvers, Quin helped me keep my sense of humor as we coasted through that ordeal.
