Violetta Hargitay is not only a highly knowledgeable and professional real estate agent - but she is one of the most considerate and ethical people I’ve known. The reason I’ve stayed as her client and friend for over 25 years can be summed up to the fact that she has always given me researched and sound advice, sold my properties when I needed it, bought me properties when I needed it, and most telling of all, talked me out of purchasing a property she showed me that I LOVED because of her concerns with the potential geological issues—which turned out to be not only accurate, but became a financial nightmare for the person who ended up purchasing the property…. Need I say more, she was willing to lose a large sale rather than somehow put her client in jeopardy. You couldn’t be in better hands than with Violetta.
