DEAN KOO

I'm a first time home buyer and this experience would have been so stressful and nerve racking without Dean. I originally went through a few agents until I came across him. The other agents all had goals opposing my own. They wanted me to buy every first home i saw and that pushed me away from purchasing a home for a while. I finally gave it a chance again and met Dean. He definitely knows his profession and will guide you with all of the info needed to purchase a home. Some of his great characteristics are how honest he is about the property, you never get the impression that he is pushing you to buy the property for his own gain, and he makes me feel like a priority; really works with my schedule as well. I am very grateful to have Dean as my agent and will definitely have him as my agent for future purchases.
