Sarah went above and beyond to help my elderly mom and me sell mom's condo. She was on our team from the start to finish: advising me what to focus on renovating, hiring a great photographer, cleaning crew, handyman, and hauler, tracking down contractors for repairs during escrow, and celebrating at the finish. With her strong knowledge, keen instincts, and carefully curated vendor list Sarah shepherded us through the red tape, legalese, and trauma that are part and parcel of selling property. Her patience and dedication are remarkable and her calm demeanor is unflappable. I can't imagine having survived the saga of this renovation and sale without her professional (and emotional) support and guidance. Superlatives are over-used but in this case Sarah has genuinely earned the title of Best, I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
