With her strong knowledge, keen instincts, and carefully curated vendor list Sarah shepherded us through the red tape, legalese, and trauma that are part and parcel of selling property. Her patience and dedication are remarkable and her calm demeanor is unflappable. I can't imagine having survived the saga of this renovation and sale without her professional (and emotional) support and guidance.
