We were renting an home and our landlord suddenly gave us a 60 day notice that we had to be out of the property. We looked for other homes to rent but rent were extremely expensive, almost as much as a mortgage and we have pets which made it even harder to find a place to rent.We started to consider buying our own home instead of renting but we were in a time crunch and didn’t know if it would be possible to find a home in such a short period of time.
