Jordan is AWESOME!! He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and VERY patient with first time buyers like my husband and myself. He made the whole process as painless as could be and answered any and all questions we had. No matter what was going on, we could text him and he was very prompt in answering. My husband and I both have known Jordan for most of our lives, having all grown up together on Catalina Island, and to be able to have someone that is basically your family help you get into your dream home is something special for sure. He is a great guy and I will be recommending him to anyone that is looking to buy a house.

We had such a great experience with our home sale! Brent was professional and knowledgeable, yet witty and personable as well, so that all our conversations were pleasant and fruitful. He made the whole process so smooth and painless, including termite inspection, photography and setting up showings. We were not sure we'd be able to sell at the price we needed, so Brent was careful to watch the comps and keep us apprised of what a reasonable list price would be, right up until the night before we listed... Suffice to say the list price we settled at brought in multiple offers, so that we ended up selling for far more than we had hoped!
