Antoinette was at all times working to get the property closed. Her knowledge of probate sales was invaluable. There is no way a regular person can be prepared for what happens with probate in California. Antoinette has the experience to confront all of the issues that can be had during a very difficult process. Without her expertise, I am more than certain this process would have been a disaster. I am far more educated today about probate and real-estate in California, than I was before I became an Administrator of an Estate.
