She is intelligent, highly efficient, a good communicator, well-grounded and has a wealth of knowledge of properties in the West Los Angeles area. We were in escrow on a property that had some serious issues and thanks to Jacqueline's due diligence in helping us get the inspections we needed, she recommended we walk away from the property.
