This is the second time I have requested Scott to sell a property for me and he did the same outstanding job that he did the first time. He had knowledge of the area, great connections and communication skills. He always encouraged me to ask questions and was always prompt in answering. Scott was there every step of the way and was a strong advocate for me. He worked extremely hard negotiating the best deal. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Buying my home turned out to be a complicated journey with lender conditions, repair requests, and a lot of moving parts. Through all of it, Scott was incredibly supportive and professional. He never made me feel rushed, always explained my options clearly, and worked hard to keep the deal moving forward. There were moments when it felt like the transaction might fall apart, but he stayed persistent and helped me navigate each challenge step by step. Because of his dedication, I was able to close on the home and finally become a homeowner. I’m truly grateful for his guidance, patience, and commitment throughout this entire process. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and will fight to get the deal done, I highly recommend Scott Alden.

Christian was a pleasure to work with. He explained what was a new experience for me in selling an inherited property from my Fathers living trust. Not only did he communicate regularly with updates and advice while maintaining a professional relationship with myself and my sister, he also was an expert negotiator dealing with a very challenging buyer. His experience was extremely valuable throughout the entire process. I am grateful to have Christian as my broker and will recommend him to anyone that is selling or buying property. Thank you Rene M and Family

I highly recommend Ehlers Real Estate for anyone’s property buying or selling needs. Christian’s knowledge and expertise is exceptional. I cannot thank Christian and Diane Soriano enough for going above and beyond. Selling the family home that was in a trust and having to deal with two other Co-trustees was not an easy task for them, but they saw it through to the end with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. During our many conference calls (because I am out of state) Christian and Diane were always very patient, understanding, and reassuring. They answered every question, guided me through every step, and eased my overthinking mind throughout the entire process. They immediately addressed any concerns and negotiated any requests from the sellers and buyers with positive outcomes for both parties. Christian and Diane’s combined experience and expertise in their profession was clearly evident throughout the process. Thank you again for seeing this through!
