We (first time home buyers) just closed on our dream home with Candice. She helped us beat out another competitive offer (with better terms than ours) in our bid for this home. We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or bid beyond what we felt comfortable with (we bid on three different homes!). Candice was always very on point in the guidance she gave us. When we refused to waive the inspection contingency on this house, Candice advocated for us and (miraculously) found a way to help us get the inspections we needed for our peace of mind. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing.
