I highly recommend Shel Downing for all your real estate needs! Shel was amazing to work with on both the selling and buying side. Shel helped us sell our first home and did a great job with the listing, showings, etc. She was able to get more for our home than we initially envisioned. She also helped us find our second home. She helped us figure out the right area as we initially were looking at a few different cities. She was very patient with us in finding the perfect home as it took us months. She went to look at so many different homes with us and always helped guide us towards the right homes but was never pushy. She even talked us out of putting offers on homes that she knew weren't right for us when we started to get antsy. I am glad we listened to her and waited to put offers in on the homes that were right for us. She helped make our offers more competitive with creative tactics so that our offer would get accepted in a very competitive market. We love our home and it's perfect for us and we owe all our thanks to Shel for helping us get it!
