Without a doubt the dedicated and hardworking agent out there!!! We recently purchased our second home from maria and like always, it was a wonderful experience. We have know known her since our first purchase in 2013 after we fired the first few agents we tried working with. Most agents are all about a quick high profit sale but not her. Once we told her exactly what we were looking for and what our plans were she immediately went into action. There was a few times we got tempted to make a bad decision and she stopped us and reminded us about our plan and we are beyond grateful for that. She could have taken the quick profit but her dedication and honesty shined through. She fought for us and also made sure we didn’t overpay or got taken advantage of by the sellers all the way through closing on both our houses. After the sale she continued to keep in touch throughout the years just checking in and saying hi. She has truly become a part of our lives because of her hard work, honesty and just overall passion.
