There were difficult issues with the sale as the home contained an immense amount of artwork that needed to be removed plus many other items that needed to be disposed of. David arranged many workers that I needed and even advanced payment for them. He was very efficient and always kept me well informed. I have sold other properties and this was a difficult project that David handled exceedingly well. Once sold, the closing process went flawlessly.
