I am an attorney was a personal representative for an estate. It included a home in Burbank, CA. that I had never seen. I was living in Charleston SC and this sale had to be done long distance. David immediately saw the home and fully explained his pricing process, strategy and expected timeline. There were difficult issues with the sale as the home contained an immense amount of artwork that needed to be removed plus many other items that needed to be disposed of. David arranged many workers that I needed and even advanced payment for them. He was very efficient and always kept me well informed. I have sold other properties and this was a difficult project that David handled exceedingly well. Once sold, the closing process went flawlessly.
