She was also very helpful in keeping an eye on the house while repairs were being performed and I could not be there, and she was always available on the phone when I had urgent questions. Four days after listing, my house had six offers - three above the asking price - and I was able to sell my home at substantially above my asking price (it set the market for my area). Escrow went smoothly with her help, and closed in 30 days without any hiccups. All in all, eight weeks from starting to replace carpet and paint, to escrow check in hand - outstanding!!!
