In the nicest possible way do not waste Mike’s time. Only reach out to him if you are serious about buying a home because he will give his all. He will go above and beyond to get a deal closed. Firstly he is willing to throw out offers into the world even if he’s not convinced it’s going to land. He will give up his evenings to do showings knowing you can not escape your own work day. He really showed his truth worth once our offer was excepted. As someone that works full time I did not have the time to arrange for all the inspections etc, wasn’t even a question, Mike just did it. He pulled in all the right people and then once the results were in he pushed for a price reduction and secured us a $19k credit. What a star! From start to finished we had bought a house in 6 weeks in a pandemic, never thought that would happen! Thank you Mike for efforts in finding and securing the right house for us!
