Billy was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the purchasing process, did a great job negotiating and explaining the process to us. His knowledge of the local areas and current market conditions were very helpful in narrowing down exactly where we wanted to be, and he helped us get our dream home under contract within days of it being on the market!

Billy Swanzer is an excellent example of what great realtor’s should be! He is not only knowledgeable in his field but he truly went above & beyond his duties as a realtor. He truly cares for his clients & makes sure we were always satisfied with every aspect of selling my home.
