He presented all options available to me during negotiation terms before I decided what worked best for me. He also helped me analyze the current market conditions prior to selling. His suggestions on minor repairs and the implications of what to expect if I didn't do the repairs were helpful. Alternatively, he compared the estimated price increase if I did the repairs. He also spotted a few things that I did not initially realize, which may have caused some challenges later on. His attention to detail was exceptional. In addition to helping me sell my home, he also searched and found me my new one. This was the right decision for me along with working with him. I highly recommend Mike!
