James was great to work with. He was helpful, friendly, and super responsive! We are new to the Avon area so his expertise was crucial for us. We recommend!

James was an incredible partner throughout our six-month home purchase process. Because we were living in another state, we couldn’t easily visit the property, take measurements, or get quick answers when questions came up. James stepped in and handled everything for us, making what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. He was consistently responsive, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever something came up, James was willing to jump in right away to help—often going above and beyond to make sure we had the information and support we needed to move forward with confidence. Over time, he really got to know our family and navigated all of our different personalities with patience, humor, and professionalism. We always felt like he truly had our best interests in mind. Buying a home from out of state could have been overwhelming, but James made it feel easy. If we ever go through this process again, choosing James will be the easiest decision we make. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and genuinely outstanding realtor.

We used Kerri to buy our current house and sell our last. Kerri has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is responsive when there are questions even though she handled everything before the questions even came up. Kerri always has her customers best interest in mind and will make sure you get the best deal. I would recommend Kerri to anyone looking to buy or sell. 10/10 in every category in the buying and selling process.

We decided to visit Huron, Ohio at the last minute. We were looking for a home with a view of Lake Erie. I texted Kerri and asked if it would be possible to see several houses the next day. She graciously set up appointments and showed us the houses we were curious about. She also showed us a house that was new to the market. We were impressed with her ability to organize everything quickly, her knowledge of the local area, her understanding of the mechanics, and her vision for the potential of a house. We decided to make an offer and Kerri shepherded us through the process, offering us sage advice. Her responses were always timely and helpful. We would recommend Kerri to anyone looking for a realtor.
