I interviewed 3 agents from 3 different listing companies. Laura Poletti was the only agent that came prepared with realistic market analysis. Laura spent as much time as I needed to discuss the analysis, walk through the home to determine overall condition, and provided real expectations. During the listing and offer process Laura continued to communicate with me so I was not left wondering what type of feedback we were receiving from home viewings. Laura is a very good listener and takes action quickly. I expressed to Laura what my targets where and she met all of them. Listing with Laura was a very positive experience. Laura truly delivers.
