We were first time buyers ,Dexter was recommended by a long time friend and realtor! My wife and I both had ideas of what we wanted. Our list was quite long ! One thing we didn't want was a HOA ! Dexter is definitely a package deal! By that I mean he keeps you informed as to what's going on. If you need advice he will give it but ultimately letting you make up your own mind. He is honest.
