David was recommended to us several years ago and he's the absolute best! He always has your best interests at heart and is willing to help way possible and truly goes the extra mile. We've also referred to him other family members and their sales/purchases have been very successful as well. We wouldn't use anyone else when buying/selling a home. He's more than just our realtor...we consider him a great friend as well!

As first-time homebuyers, we really need someone who is reliable as well as experienced enough to guide and educate us with basically everything. Thus, we are so blessed to have David on our side while we were looking for a perfect property that is suitable for our needs and a place that we can call our home. Indeed, it is true that he only wants the best for his clients. He did not rush us at all. He is very accommodating to our queries and his inputs or opinion is immensely helpful. So with his expertise in real estate, we would highly recommend him to our colleagues.

David was a phenomenal agent! From our introduction throughout the sale process to closing, he was professional and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of all that needed to be done along the way. Through his questions he helped us streamline the entire process, saving us time and money. After we found our home he was able to help us negotiate a great price. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
