My daughter and I regret working Marcus. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past that really helped to make this process a special milestone in my life. But my daughter wanted to use him because my son bought a home with him. However, Marcus seemed to not want to be bothered through out most of the process. The houses he sent for us to review were a mess. The type of homes most people would never think to look at unless they were into rehab. Thank God for Redfin. Offen times when we reached out to him, he either took his time to respond or we got no response. For the home inspection he sent someone else in his place without asking if this was ok with us. He didn’t even bother to notifying us until we basically arrived at the property. For the final walkthrough, we called and texted him to ask when we would walkthrough. We didn’t hear back from him until ten minutes to closing . He stayed he was at the property doing the walkthrough. Only to find that someone else was doing our walkthrough. Overall I found his behavior disrespectful. Mostly people would probably read this and assume that maybe we were difficult to deal with. If this is your assumption, you would be wrong.
