From listing to closing Ida was right on the money. There were many showings and it was very informative for us as sellers to get the reviews from the shoppers regularly. As far as market knowledge, Ida was very much keeping us updated with current offers and listings in order that we could stay a head of the game. She really worked hard for us. On more of a personal note our mother who's condo was being sold, really enjoyed her time with Ida, and considers her a valued friend. In some way I can't help to believe she is going to miss the regular contact with her.

She helped guide us with how to have our house ready for selling, and was always very easy to get ahold of with questions that came up. When the showings started coming in, we would get a call when to be out of the house, which we appreciated. She worked hard on the sell of our home, and was always considerate and polite. This was our first time selling a house, and she made the experience a good one for us. I would not hesitate to reach out to her again, should we need a realtor in the future.
